Abstract
We show, by numerical simulations, how the particles diffuse with respect to the magnetic field flux tubes. In the numerical model, we can vary both the degree of turbulence anisotropy and the ratio of particle gyroradius over the turbulence correlation length. We find that the magnetic flux tube structure changes with the anisotropy, as clearly seen from the flux tube cross sections, and that increasing the gyroradius particles are progressively less tied to magnetic field lines. Surprisingly, perpendicular transport decreases for very large gyroradii.
