  • Abstract
This paper used wireless sensor network of ZigBee wireless module, which was integrated with the microfluidic framework of flexible arrayed glucose sensor. In addition, the LabVIEW software was used to design the real-time monitoring system and the Origin software was used to analyze the measured data. The ruthenium dioxide (RuO2) sensing films were deposited on the flexible polyethylene terephthalate by radio frequency sputtering technology. The silver paste and epoxy were empolyed, respectively, to construct conducting wires and insulation layer by screen-printed technology to complete pH sensor. In this paper, the flexible arrayed pH sensor was used to measure in different pH solutions at dynamic measurement, and the optimal average sensitivity and linearity of flexible arrayed pH sensor were 59.21 mV/pH and 0.995, respectively. Then, the glucose sensing films were measured by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to whether the glucose sensing films had been modified successfully. Finally, the flexible arrayed glucose sensors with different mixed volume ratios of GOx and nafion were measured under different flow rates in different glucose solutions. The optimal mixed volume ratio of GOx and nafion, flow rate, average sensitivity, linearity, and life time were 3:7, 25 μl/min, 0.269 mV/(mg/dl), 0.997, and 21 days, respectively.
