  • Abstract
    A self-organising map with twin units (TW-SOM) is presented. TW-SOM enables voice conversion by fewer codebooks than the conventional LBG method, further it provides better voice conversion accuracy. The proposed method is successfully applied to the actual voice conversion from bone conduction voice to air conduction voice.
