Abstract :
The author describes a new switch-driver circuit for use in GaAs switched-capacitor filter circuits having reasonable dynamic range. The circuit is compared by computer simulation with previous proposed circuits; it is shown that a significant reduction in the power dissipation and the dependence of clock feedthrough on the analogue signal level may be achieved. The circuit will allow the realisation of GaAs switched-capacitor filters having greater accuracy and order than has hitherto been feasible
