  • Abstract
    An automatic monitoring and diagnostic system for gas circuit breakers is discussed, covering the structure and features of the system, as well as required characteristics and future trends for such systems. The construction and features of sensors for monitoring circuit-breaker operation time, hydraulic pump operation, partial discharge, and gas pressure are presented. On site verification tests of weatherability, vibration resistance, and surge resistance are described
