Abstract :
Britain is, and must continue to be, an industrial country, but given the social environment in which they mature, it is small wonder that those who work in industry have adversarial pastures. Here, the author examines Britain´s divided industrial society, and suggests that both harmony and output would be improved by educating and motivating employees to accept more responsibility for managing the work they perform
