Abstract :
A two-level control scheme is utilized to satisfy eigenvalue assignments for discrete-time, delayed interconnected systems. A preliminary feedback is applied to minimize the interconnections´ effect. It is then shown that the perturbations of the interconnections during operation is equivalent to the creation of a higher hierarchical level that accounts for such disruptions. Conditions are derived for connective assignability, that is, for preserving the same eigenvalues and eigenvectors despite certain perturbations of the interconnections during operation.
