  • Abstract
    The concept of impulsive-mode controllability has been proposed. The criteria of impulsive-mode controllability are established in terms of the original system matrices. It is pointed out that the impulsive-mode controllability is the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of impulsive-mode eliminating proportional-derivative (PD) state feedback control. Therefore the conditions for impulsive-mode elimination via PD state feedback are really given
