Some aspects of distortion in tunnel-diode amplifiers

The influence of voltage components at zero frequency and harmonic frequencies on the distortion of a nonlinear negative-conductance reflection amplifier is considered. An expression is derived for the third-order distortion of a sinusoidal input in an amplifier with finite circuit impedance at zero frequency and the second-harmonic frequency.
