Abstract :
The following has been brought to the attention of the Editor. The sentence after (3) should have read: T /sub Rj/ (s) is a passive RC network synthesized to obtain the asymptotic characteristic of the desired function T /sub j/ (s) and T /sub Aj/ (s) is an active correcting network, such that the two in tandem provide the prescribed characteristic by pole-zero cancellation.
