Abstract
The f.e.t. source-follower current generator was studied primarily for use in differential amplifiers. The current level is effectively controlled via variation of the source load resistance. The influence of transistor parameters can be theoretically calculated. Excellent stability against voltage and temperature variation has been achieved.
