  • Abstract
    A new photoconductivity measurement method named CHOX, for chopped X-ray source, is described. For devices with linear responses with dose rate, CHOX gives a 46 dB sensitivity improvement over pulsed x-ray machines. Demonstration of the low cost, usefulness in parameter acquisition and ease of operation.
