Limiting sets of time-varying passive networks

It is shown that the collection of positive limiting sets of solutions of a (nonlinear time-varying) passive network N is the intersection of those of networks N(0) and N( ), obtained by replacing all resistors of N by short and open circuits, respectively. Or, alternatively, it is the same as the collection of positive limiting sets of solutions of a linear constant network, obtained by replacing the resistors of N by linear constant ones.
