Problems in Coping with the Proliferation of Interchange Schedules

This paper is one of a series presented on behalf of the System Operations Subcommittee with the intent of focusing industry attention on current problems faced by electric utility operators. This paper contains four "short note reports" from authors in different areas of the electric power industry. The issues of evaluation, scheduling, control, and accounting are addressed.
