Abstract
A set of radiometric sky temperature measurements at 35 and 89 GHz is presented in the paper. The system used to make the measurements is described as well as the method used for calibration. The temperatures were measured as a function of elevation twice a day over a period of about six months. Examples of the results obtained are presented together with a cumulative frequency graph of zenith temperature for the entire period. The results are converted to one-way attenuation through the atmosphere and correlation with meteorological conditions is discussed.
