Abstract
The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency and the coupling constant of the LiNbO3 single crystal were found for various crystallographic orientations from plate-shaped resonators in the thickness vibrational mode. The temperature coefficient varied between 7.1 and 9.3 × 10-5°C-1in any crystal orientation.
