  • Abstract
    A new simple structure soft recovery driver which can alleviate the loss due to the reverse recovery current of a diode is proposed. By direct feedback of reverse recovery current, the EMI noise and peak reverse current spike can be considerably reduced in the continuous conduction mode operation.
