Abstract :
A generalisation of the MUSIC algorithm is derived. It is shown that the new algorithm has a much better performance than the original method. Results demonstrate that the small-sample performance, the effect of correlated signals, and the sensitivity to noise are all improved. The paper also shows that the asymptotic performance is identical to that of MUSIC.
