Discussion on Electrification of Taiwan main-line railway from Keelung to Kaohsiung

It is of particular pleasure to me to join in this discussion, as I was in the consultancy team working in the early 1970s whose report led to the project. It is interesting, and does credit to the team members, that the implemented project follows so closely the recommendations made in 1971. There are a few differences, and I shall ask some questions about those differences.
