  • Abstract
    Electron transfer between three valleys seems to exhibit only poor frequency behavior. This is due to the peculiar band structure and coupling, primarily to the low deformation potential for ¿-L transitions. Estimates for the upper limiting frequencies of InP and In0.2Ga0.8Sb are given and compared with GaAs.
