  • Abstract
    New techniques for the compensation of negative differential (slope) output conductance of self heated MOSFETs have been investigated. Mathematical criteria are derived for a cancellation of thermal droop of drain current. The theoretical advantages of substrate bias cancellation are tested in experiments.
