Abstract :
Several methods for solving dense nonsymmetric linear systems arising from volume integral formulations have been tested. Our results show that iterative solvers based on Krylov methods are significantly faster than direct methods, if a “good” preconditioner is used. In addition the results reveal that the implementation of a method is of vital importance
