Abstract :
A modification of Guillemin´s procedure for constructing the g¿ matrix is suggested, which ensures that the submatrix Bss shall be nonsingular. The use of the criterion for writing the arbitrary entries of the first row of the g¿ matrix is simple and straightforward when s is of low order.
