Abstract :
Various requirements for implementing analog or mixed analog/digital circuits on semi-custom arrays are discussed in relation to array architecture. Analog circuit techniques applicable to CMOS arrays are described, and performance results are given. An extended array with dedicated analog area and high-voltage output capability is presented
