  • Abstract
    An experimental color camera using a green CC: D(charge-coupled device) and a red and blue CCD and employing digital signal processing has been developed. The highly-stable camera is capable of excellent color reproduction with no adjustment. Digital processing is particularly appropriate because CCD imagers are essentially two-dimensional spatial sampling systems. Another advantage of digital processing is that, with recent progress in digital circuitry, it is now possible for a great number of the camera´s logic functions to be realized in a few LSIs.
