Abstract
The new technique of nonlinear network synthesis is presented. This approach is generally based on the state/space method extended to nonlinear networks from linear circuit theory. It has been shown that any nonlinear function can be realised analogously to the linear network as an active resistive multiport network loaded on n of its port by n grounded x-controlled conductances. The nonlinear transformations described in the paper reduce the number of basic nonlinear units. The results of experimental investigations of the nonlinear networks have been also included.
