  • Abstract
    A numerical algorithm is described that allows the transmission-line equivalent-circuit model of a semiconductor to be solved very efficiently. The technique is shown to be about three times as efficient as the `transmission-matrix¿ approach for computing the small-signal a.c. properties of semiconductor devices from the equivalent-circuit model.
