Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to provide a practical education relating to the successful management of electric motor repair. The recommendations presented and the lessons identified in this article reflect the experience of both a large petrochemical producer and an electric motor manufacturer. With good predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM) money can be saved and motor life can be improved.
