Excitation of planar slot array from rectangular waveguide

The paper presents the analysis of an H-plane waveguide T-junction suitable for exciting a waveguide-fed broad-wall slotted array. The coupling for a T-junction coupled through longitudinal shunt slot of variable length is determined from the equivalent circuit of the coupled waveguide system. The comparison between theoretical and experimental results is presented.
