  • Abstract
    A charge-sensitive pulse pre-amplifier is described, with the following characteristics: linear response of 1.04 × 1015 mV C¿1 between 10¿15 and 10¿12 C, input noise ¿ 660 r.m.s. electrons, pulse repetition rate ¿ 3 × 106 pps, and rugged design.
