Abstract :
The paper is concerned with the development of a microprocessor-based electrical-drive dynamic-response simulator. The rationale for introducing this form of teaching aid is explained and the necessary software development, to ensure a rapid simulation, is fully discussed. Finally, a comprehensive example is given to illustrate the overall capability of the simulator.
