Abstract :
The minimum value of far-end crosstalk attenuation (FEXTA) occurs for a disturbing-pair loss of 1 Neper with uncorrelated coupling and 0.5 Neper with correlated coupling. This information can greatly simplify assessing the far-end crosstalk performance of telemetry and similar transmission systems.
