Abstract
This paper describes a measuring technique which is the electrical analog of the mechanical vernier scale. A system is presented that will measure the time between two pulses, which jitter relative to each other and occur at some random rate, accurate to 10 m¿ sec. Pulse circuitry is employed to implement the system.
