Abstract
Let Z(s) be the driving-point impedance (admittance) function of a linear passive time invariant reciprocal network. Two theorems are presented showing conditions under which roots and powers of Z(s) (for example [Z(z)]2or √Z(s)) are also realizable functions (PRF).
