Abstract :
The capacity of an arbitrarily varying channel (AVC) for list codes of arbitrarily small list rate under the maximal error criterion has previously been determined. The authors prove that for an AVC A , any rate R below the list code capacity C1 (A) is achievable with a particular list size dependent on A, R and Y, where Y is the output alphabet
