Abstract :
Let Ra1be the resistance of two electrodes attached to opposite sides of the rectangular anisotropic region whose ratio of the two sides forming the right angle is l, and Ra2be the resistance of the region whose ratio is 2l. In this letter, it is shown that Ra1and Ra2make the relations as: 1) Ra2≥ 2Ra1for the region with a symmetric surface resistivity tensor and 2) Ra2≤ 2Ra1for the region with an antisymmetric tensor.
