  • Abstract
    Published work (ca. 1984) [1] claims a "novel" linear MOS resistor circuit comprising two MOS transistors in parallel, well suited to recent fabrication technology developments. This letter reports early work (ca. 1967) for the same circuit, and an alternative series circuit. Theoretical development is applied to an analog multiplier.
