  • Abstract
    A Mach-Zehnder fibre interferometer and a fibre Raman laser are used to measure modal group delays with subpicosecond resolution. Chromatic dispersion spectra, in several metres of fibre, are obtained within the 1.06¿1.62 ¿m wavelength region.
