Abstract
We have characterised the temperature behaviour of the electronic wavelength-tunable separately pumped integrated etalon-interference laser operating at 0.9 ¿m. The experimental results reveal two interesting features: the tuning bandwidth varies periodically as a function of temperature, and the possibility of single longitudinal mode operation within a wavelength-locking range ¿T as large as 15 deg C.
