Software Productivity, Quality, and Cost–All Up

The IEEE Computer Society´s newest major conference series–COMPSAC–was kicked off last month in Chicago, where more than 550 paid attendees gathered at the Sheraton O´Hare Hotel to participate in sessions on software technology and computer applications. The success of COMPSAC 77 (Computer Software and Applications Conference) was underscored by the approval of COMPSAC as an ongoing series by the society´s Board of Governors, meeting during the final day of the three-day conference.
