  • Abstract
    A new clock-feedthrough compensation scheme for switched-current circuits is proposed. Both the signal-dependent and the constant clock-feedthrough terms are cancelled. The clock-feedthrough reduction is significantly improved. Mathematical derivations and transistor level simulations are included.
