Abstract :
A coplanar-waveguide (CPW) circuit element, referred to as a ´resonant tee´, is presented along with an X-band oscillator in which it is used to increase the Q-factor of the circuit. The effect of the incorporation of the tee in oscillator arrays on free-running frequencies and locking bandwidths is shown through simulations.
