  • Abstract
    The HBR (Harvard Business Review) has sought to present not just ideas, but ideas with impact. In this paper perspectives from economics and sociology with developments in brain science and urban planning is discussed. To improve the performance of the organisation the following caution like formulate strategy, spur innovation, spot danger, manage risk, are considered. This paper also discusses the professional ethics, monopoly on creativity, creativity index, business on brain, and law of conservation on attractive profits.
