Polytheism from the Perspective of the Quran and the New Testament, and a Pathology of the New Testament in this Field

بي‌گمان الهيات عهد جديد برخلاف الهيات قرآن كريم (كه برتوحيد بنا نهاده شده است)، مبتني بر آموزه تثليت است. اين آموزه بر سه اقنوم مجزا، يعني پدر، پسر و روح القدس مبتني است. پدر در الهيات مسيحي همان روح خداوند است كه ضرورتاً الهي است و روح‌القدس حقيقتاً خود خداست. پسر، عيسي مسيح است كه براي رستگاري و نجات بشريت آفريده شده است. اين سه اقنوم در ميان متكلمان و متألهان مسيحي مبتني بر نوعي چندخدايي و يا شرك نيست. هدف اصلي اين مقاله پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه ديدگاه قرآن كريم و عهد جديد درباره چندخدايي و آسيب‌هاي مترتب بر آن در عهد جديد چيست؟ از اين‌رو، براي فهم بهتر اين موضوع، به رويكرد قرآن كريم نسبت به چندخدايي در مسيحيت نيز اشاره شده است.

Undoubtedly, the theology of the New Testament, unlike the theology of the Holy Quran (based on Unity), is based on the teachings of the Trinity. This doctrine is based on three distinct hypostases, i.e. the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. In the Christian theology, the Father is the spirit of the Lord, who necessarily has a divine nature, the Holy Spirit is truly God Himself, and the Son is Jesus Christ created for deliverance and salvation of mankind. According to Christian theologians, these three hypostases are not established as polytheism. The main purpose of this paper is to answer the questions, what is the view of the Holy Quran and the New Testament on polytheism and how is the New Testament negatively affected by it? Hence, in order to better understand this issue, the approach of the Holy Quran towards polytheism in Christianity is also pointed out.
