همبستگي دانش و نگرش جنسي با عملكرد جنسي در پرستاران زن

Correlation of Sexual Knowledge and Attitude with Sexual Function in Female Nurses

زندگي جنسي سالم و رضايت‌بخش، از عناصر مهم بهزيستي در زنان و كيفيت زندگي آنان است. در اين مطالعه همبستگي دانش و نگرش جنسي با عملكرد جنسي در پرستاران زن بررسي گرديد. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بر روي پرستاران زن متأهل بيمارستان‌هاي شهر كرمانشاه انجام شد. نمونه‌‌ها به‌صورت در دسترس از سه بيمارستان در حجم 109 نفر انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، از ابزارهاي شاخص عملكرد جنسي زنان (FSFI)، مقياس دانش و نگرش جنسي استفاده شد. داده‌ها به كمك روش آماري ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: در اين پژوهش بين دانش جنسي و ميل، تحريك، رطوبت، ارگاسم و عملكرد جنسي كل (0/001)، همچنين بين نگرش جنسي با ميل و عملكرد جنسي كل (0/05)، بين نگرش جنسي، تحريك و ارگاسم (0/001)، همبستگي معني‌داري وجود داشت. متغيرهاي پيش‌بين با هم، 0/32 عملكرد جنسي را تبيين كردند (r=0/57و R2=0/32, F=25/6). همچنين دانش جنسي به تنهايي توان پيش‌بيني عملكرد جنسي را در پرستاران داشت (B=0/5, P=0/001) و با توجه به همبستگي نگرش جنسي و عملكرد جنسي، اين متغير نتوانست به تنهايي عملكرد جنسي را پيش‌بيني كند. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد دانش و نگرش جنسي از مقوله‌هاي مهم و تأثيرگذار در عملكرد جنسي افراد است؛ بنابراين در مراكز آموزشي و بهداشتي توجه به اين مسئله در ارائه خدمات آموزش و سلامت در رابطه با روابط جنسي حايز اهميت بوده و با استفاده از آموزش‌هاي جنسي مناسب و علمي مي‌توان عملكرد جنسي را در افراد ارتقا بخشيد.

Background and Objectives: Healthy and satisfying sexual life is one of the important elements of welfare in women and their quality of life. In this study, the correlation of sexual knowledge and attitude with sexual function in female nurses, was investigated. Methods: This research was performed as a descriptive correlational study on female nurses in hospitals of Kermanshah city. A total of 109 subjects were selected from three hospitals using available sampling. Data collection was carried out using Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and Sexual Knowledge and Attitude Scale. Data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression statistical tests. Results: In this research, there was significant correlation between sexual knowledge and sexual desire, arousal, humidity, orgasm, and total sexual function (0.001); also, there was significant correlation between sexual attitude and sexual desire and total sexual performance (0.05), and between sexual attitude and arousal and orgasm (0.001). The predictive variables together explained 0.32 of the sexual function (F=25.6, R2=0.32, R=0.57). Sexual knowledge alone can predict sexual function in nurses (p=0.001, ß=0.5). Considering the correlation between sexual attitude and sexual function, this variable alone could not predict sexual function. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that sexual knowledge and attitude are important and effective categories in sexual function of individuals. Therefore, paying attention to this issue in educational and health centers is important in providing education and health services in relation to sexual relationships, and sexual function can be promoted through appropriate and scientific sexual trainings.
