بازشناسي تاريخ اجتماعي و اقتصادي ايالت روان براساس مقايسه نسخ خطي دفاتر تحرير«لواي روان» در دو مقطع 998 و 1139ق/1590 و 1727م

فقدان منابع در حوزه تاريخ اجتماعي ايران، آگاهي­ هاي مورخان اين حوزه از تاريخ ايران را محدود نموده است. در چنين شرايطي اسناد با توجه به جايگاهي كه در ميان منابع مكتوب تاريخي دارند، مي­ توانند تكيه­ گاه مناسبي براي پژوهش ­هاي تاريخي باشند و با كامل‌ نمودن اطلاعات مورخان به يافته­ هاي آنان ارزش تحقيقي و استنادي بخشند. بنابراين شناسايي و معرفي اين منابع همچون دفاتر «مفصل و اجمال» به‌دست‌آمده از آرشيو عثماني در رابطه با تاريخ ايران، امري لازم و ضروري است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي محتواي دفاتر «مفصل و اجمال» ايالت «روان» در دو مقطع زماني (998 و 1139ق/1590 و 1727م) و تبيين اهميت، جايگاه و ارزشِ منحصربه‌ فرد اين آثار تاريخي براي تحقيق در مسائل اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي ايران مي‌باشد. اين مقاله با رويكرد توصيفي ـ تحليلي سامان يافته است و نتايج پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه اين دفاتر منبع مناسبي جهت شناخت انواع ماليات­ها، جمعيت­شناسي، توليدات كشاورزي، تركيب قومي ـ نژادي و مذهبي، وضعيت اشتغال و انواع فعاليت­ هاي اقتصادي، ميزان درآمدهاي مالياتي و سير تحولات ايجاد شده در هركدام از اين موارد، مي ­باشد.

The lack of resources in the field of Iranian social history has limited the knowledge of historians in this field of Iranian history. In such a situation, the documents, according to the position held in the historical sources, can be a good basis for historical researches, and give citation and investigating value to historian's findings. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and introduce these resources, such as detailed and brief books from the Ottoman archives regarding Iran's history. The main objective of this research is to investigate the content of the detailed and brief books of the state "Rav@n" at two time periods (1590 and 1727) and to explain the significance, position and unique value of these historical works for research on social, economic, political and cultural issues in Iran. This paper has been done with an analytical-descriptive approach and the results of the research show that these books are the appropriate sources for understanding the types of taxes, demographics, agricultural products, ethnic- racial and religious composition, employment status and types of economic activities, tax revenues and developments in any of these cases.
