چكيده فارسي :
يكي از اعجاز قرآن كريم كه در آيه 23 الي 26 سوره مريم به عنوان يك حقيقت علمي مطرح شده، تأثير رطب بر زايمان است. رطب ميوه اي با اثرات فراوان و تركيبات فعال مي باشد كه در موضوع زايمان حضرت مريم (ع) به آن اشاره شده است. اين مقاله سعي دارد تا با ارزيابي اثرات شناخته شده ي رطب، راز تأكيد قرآن و روايات اسامي را بر زايمان واكاوي نمايد. اين پژوهش نوعي مطالعه مروري بوده كه با توجه به هدف تحقيق، اطلاعات لازم از منابع مختلف به ويژه قرآن كريم، تفاسير قرآن، احاديث، روايات اسامي و بانك هاي اطلاعاتي نظير ISI، Pubmed، Scopus، Google Scholar، ISC و SID براساس كليد واژه ها از جمله: رطب، خرما، زايمان و سوره مريم؛ استخراج گرديد. سپس اطلاعات به دست آمده دسته بندي و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج اين بررسي نشان داد كه عاوه بر قرآن، احاديث متعددي بر مصرف رطب در زايمان تأكيد دارند. خرما تغذيه سالم در دوران بارداري و سپس بعد از زايمان بوده كه سبب تقويت عضات رحم و كاهش خونريزي بعد از زايمان مي گردد و همچنين در دوره شيردهي، عاوه بر رشد كافي و ايجاد ذخاير غذايي در فرزند، باعث تشكيل ذخاير مواد مغذي در بدن مادر مي‌شود.

One of the most remarkable miracles of the Holy Quran, which has been established as a scientific fact, is presented in verses 23-26 of Surah Maryam (AS). These verses focus on the effect of date palm on childbirth. Date palm is a fruit with active compounds, the high impact of which has been noted in the immaculate conception of Virgin Mary (AS). This study aimed to evaluate the known effects of date palm on childbirth based on the emphasis of the Holy Quran and Islamic traditions.
This review was conducted via searching in databases of ISI, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, ISC and SID, in addition to the Holy Quran, exegesis and narratives of the Holy Quran, and Islamic traditions. Keywords used in the literature search were delivery, date palm, and Hazrat Maryam (Mary) (AS). Collected data in relation to the research topic were recorded and analyzed. According to the results of this study, in addition to the Holy Quran, numerous narratives have emphasized on the benefits of date palm in childbirth. Date palm is an advantageous nutrient during pregnancy and postpartum period since it strengthens uterine muscles and reduces hemorrhage after delivery. Moreover, consumption of date palm during breastfeeding enhances neonatal growth and development, while serving as a nutrient reserve in the body of the mother and infant.
