پيش بيني بهزيستي روان‌شناختي دانشجويان بر اساس تجربه چند فرهنگي

Prediction of Students Psychological Well-being based on Multicultural Experiences

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه تجربه چند فرهنگي با بهزيستي روان‌شناختي در بين دانشجويان دكتري دانشگاه بوعلي سينا بوده است. روش كار: روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش دانشجويان دكتري دانشگاه بوعلي سينا در سال تحصيلي 96-97 با تعداد 854 نفر بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي نسبتي و با استفاده از جدول مورگان 269 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه تجربه‌هاي چند فرهنگي ناروز و هيل (2009) و پرسشنامه بهزيستي روان‌شناختي ريف (1998) بود. جهت تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش از روش آماري همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام‌به‌گام استفاده‌شده است. يافته‌ها: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين تجربه‌هاي چند فرهنگي و بهزيستي روان‌شناختي رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد، همچنين تجربه چند فرهنگي به‌تنهايي 17 صدم از واريانس بهزيستي روان‌شناختي را تبيين مي¬كند و با تمايل فرهنگي حدود 20 صدم از واريانس بهزيستي روان‌شناختي را تبيين مي‌كند. نتيجه‌گيري: در گام اول تجربه چند فرهنگي وارد شده است و ضريب معنادار و مثبت (0/418) دارد و در دومين گام تمايل چند فرهنگي وارد معادله شده است و ضريب نيز معني‌دار و مثبت (0/196) است.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to prediction of students psychological well-being based on multicultural experiences among students of Ph.D. University of Bu Ali Sina, To achieve this goal, was used a descriptive correlational study. Methods: The statistical population of this study is the Ph.D. students of Bu Ali Sina University in the academic year of 96-97 With 854 people what using a stratified sampling method, 269 people were selected using Morgan's table. Information Collection Tool was Narvaez and Hill multicultural experiences questionnaire of (2009) and Ryff psychological well-being questionnaire (1998). For data analysis, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression methods have been used. Results: The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between multicultural experiences. Also, multicultural experience alone Explain the 17 hundredth of the variance of psychological well-being and with Multicultural desire explains the hundredth of the variance of psychological well-being. Conclusions: In the first step Entered multicultural experience and has a meaningful and positive coefficient (0.418) and in the second step entered the multicultural desire in Equation and also has a meaningful and positive coefficient (0.196).
