ارائه و تبيين مدل سيستمي رفتار انسان از منظر قرآن كريم

A Model of Human Behavior Based on Holly Qur'an (Text in Persian)

اين پژوهش به ارائه مدلي سيستمي از رفتار انسان از منظر قرآن كريم ميپردازد. اين كار با استفاده از با استفاده از الگوريتم «روش تحقيق موضوعي در قرآن كريم»، -شامل گامهايي چون: شناسايي كليدواژه هاي مرتبط با موضوع، رجوع به آيات و جمع آوري داده ها، مستندسازي، كدگذاري، دسته بندي، طبقه بندي، بازنگري و جمع بندي در آيات قرآن كريم- انجام ميگيرد. اجزاي اين مدل با استناد به آيات قرآن كريم تبيين شده اند. علي الخصوص، به مواردي از «مدل هاي توصيفي رفتاري انسان»، به عنوان مهم ترين قسمت از اجزاي اين مدل سيستمي، بر اساس قرآن كريم اشاره شده است. به جهت اهميت و كاربرد اين مدل هاي توصيفي رفتاري، مباحث متعددي در مباني نظري سازمان و مديريت از اين مدل ها استفاده مي كنند كه در اين مقاله در ادامه توضيح آيات به برخي از اين كاربردها نيز اشاره شده است. با توجه به ماهيت كيفي و روش كتابخانه اي پژوهش، بوسيله دقت موشكافانه در مفاهيم و لغات بر اساس كتب تخصصي لغت شناسي و تفسيري قرآن كريم، همچنين تطبيق با ديگر يافته هاي علمي موجود، سعي شده پايايي و روايي اين تحقيق به نحو مناسبي تامين شود.

The science of Organizational Behavior (OB)، based on its goals has its own characteristics. OB has a practical approach to the behavior of Human. Therefore، a systematic and comprehensive view to the variables influencing Human behavior is essential. However، in fact، the most important variables -"i.e: Descriptive Models of Human Behavior"- are neglected. Descriptive Models of Human Behavior are scientific and organized models describing "How Human Behave". Regarding to the essential concepts of Human Psychology like: Intelligence، Motivation and Sense، These Models are more practical in OB. This neglect of Descriptive models of Human Behavior is because of complexity of human internal variables and external environment and difficulty of modeling human behavior. Holly Qur'an has described human behavior in many sections (Ayah) . It is using exact and clear phrases، explaining Models of Human Behavior in Qur'an's view. In fact، we can improve our scientific findings in OB using Qur'an "clues" in Descriptive Models of Human Behavior. This research is explaining Qur'an's Systematic view to the behavior of Human and presents some Descriptive Models of Human Behavior based on Qur'an. Methodology of this research is based on "Subject researches in Qur'@n" that is compatible to the entity of this research.
