Contents Analysis of Security Related Messages Network Telegram Messenger Application

در عصر حاضر يكي از مهم‌ترين دستاوردهاي انقلاب اطلاعاتي، شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي است كه ارتباطات را معنايي تازه بخشيده و موجب تغييرات اساسي در تعاملات افراد شده است. حضور شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي، امكان بهره‌گيري انبوهي از اطلاعات در كمترين زمان ممكن و برقراري ارتباط گفتاري، نوشتاري و ديداري با هزينه نسبتاً كم فراهم كرده است. ظهور اين پديده، هرچند معلول تحولاتي بوده، اما خود منشأ تهديدات عديده‌اي شده است. اين مقاله به دنبال تحليل محتواي امنيتي پيام‌هاي شبكه اجتماعي تلگرام است كه براي دستيابي به اين هدف، ابتدا با مطالعه ادبيات و پيشينه تحقيق، 60 شاخص به‌عنوان شاخص‌هاي امنيتي پيام‌هاي شبكه اجتماعي تلگرام شناسايي ‌شده و سپس با استفاده از روش دلفي فازي و نظرخواهي از استادان دانشگاه در حوزه علوم اجتماعي و ارتباطات، كارشناسان انتظامي و پليس فتا، ده شاخص نمره بالاي 75 درصد كسب كرده و به‌عنوان شاخص اساسي تعيين شدند. سپس با رصد اخبار در هشت كانال تلگرامي كه از طريق مصاحبه و نظر خبرگان انتخاب گرديده‌اند، بر اساس شاخص با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي پيام‌ها مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بيشترين تأكيد كانال‌هاي خبري به ترتيب شامل تضعيف حجاب و عفاف و ترويج بي‌بندوباري، شايعه‌پراكني، تشويق اذهان عمومي و بسترسازي براي براندازي نرم است.

Nowadays, one of the most important achievements of the information revolution is the social network that gave a new meaning to communication and led to fundamental changes in the interactions between people. The existence of social networks provided the opportunities to make use of information in the minimum possible time and having oral, written and visual communication. The advent of this phenomenon, although was the result of some changes, became the origin of different threats itself. The purpose of this article is to investigate the security concept of Telegram as a social network. To do so, first, 60 security criteria of messages in Telegram as a social network were chosen after studying the relevant literature and research background and through the use of fuzzy Delphi method and gathering the idea of university lecturers in the field of communication and social sciences, disciplinary experts and FATA police, ten of the criteria gained 0.75 and were chosen as the main criteria, then the news in 8 of telegram channels that were chosen by interviewing and the idea of experts was studied by method of the analysis of message content. The findings showed that most of the emphasis of news channels were put on weakening Hijab and modesty and promoting unrestrainedness, making gossip, disturbing people’s minds and paving the way for a soft war.
